UncategorizedTrend Spotting – Sheepskin May 13, 2013 {via} Aren’t y’all seeing sheepskins everywhere? I feel like every single time I log on to Pinterest, I see them. Slung over a chair… {via} {via} …thrown on a bench… {via} …or couch… {via} …tossed on the floor… {via} …there are no limits to what you can do with these lovelies. I love that IKEA has sheepskins for $29 and faux sheepskins for $10. {via} I love the texture and CONTRAST (there’s my word!) that these beauties add. My only problem now is that I’m picturing them in every room of our house that I’m currently designing in my head. Can you have too many of them? I know some people are particular about real versus faux. But I’m really not. I like the idea of saving the money. Plus since they’re white and furry, they aren’t the most durable things. Faux might be best. What do you think? Real or Faux?

Lindsay says May 14, 2013 at 1:30 pm I know that’s coming! Gracie is a muncher for sure…especially stuff with this texture. Maybe I’m crazy to buy some? Oh well, I love them 🙂 They’re worth the work to keep her away! Reply
Angie says May 14, 2013 at 1:23 pm LOVE IT! Did you see the post Emily Henderson wrote a couple weeks ago about how the sheepskin rug is something that seems to find its way into every room she works on? It was one of her top five frequently purchased items! And go faux! They get dirty fast….especially with a dog! Reply
Lindsay says May 14, 2013 at 1:29 pm I did see that post!!! I think there will be one in every single room I design, haha. I’m definitely going faux. I have a feeling these will have to be kept away from Gracie. She loves chewing on stuff like this…boo. Oh well, I’m using them anyway! Reply
