Baileywife @ IrishmanAcres says November 17, 2016 at 6:41 am Congrats!!! After having 2 girls than a boy, (and growing up with just sisters) I know how ya feel. My mama heart exploded when they handed me my son ( now I have 2)… There is definitely something about a son’s bond and love that is magical! Enjoy the fun planning also… I adore plaid and wild animals and I can’t wait to see your design for him!! Kim Reply

shar y says November 17, 2016 at 10:25 am Congratulations! I have one of each (now adults with their own) and it is great to experience both. However, many folks who have all of one gender or the other are equally in love! That is just the way God planned it–we love our babies no matter what!! Can’t wait to see what you do! Reply
Lindsay says November 17, 2016 at 4:13 pm Oh yes! I think it’s so cool to see how God designs each family so perfectly!!! Before finding this out, I would’ve been fine if we’d had all girls and now, I know this is how God wanted our family to be. Each is unique and so specially designed 🙂 Thanks for sharing!!! Reply

Debbie Mayfield says November 19, 2016 at 7:22 pm Congratulations! I am so excited for you. I have to say I am a mom of two girls and a grandmother of two girls and a boy. All I have ever known is girls so when we found out we were having a grandson I wondered what would I do with a boy? My grandson is as precious as can be. He is funny, caring, loving and so much fun to be around. You will enjoy the differences for sure. Reply

I also grew up with a sister so I didn’t know what to think when they told me I was having a boy. I’ll tell you what he has me wrapped around his little finger. Wait till he says mama you look so pretty or I love you! There’s just something so special about a boy and I thank God he blessed me with both a boy and girl to experience them both because they are so darn different! Hope you’re feeling good!!! Reply
